Summary: if you aren’t 100% happy with any item, simply return it!
We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!
The Exceptions: Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Time Frame: items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 15 days from the date you placed your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.
The Catch: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition; this includes make-up stains from trying clothes on. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email through your account within one days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
Refund: Please allow 10 business days to credit your account from the date we receive your return. Returns made during December and January may take up to 21 days to process. You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
